MicroHax Privacy Notice
Effective September 3, 2026. This notice explains how MicroHax handles information during the beta service.
Information you provide
Account information such as your email and optional profile details, plus wellness information you choose to record in MicroHax, including check-ins, health measurements, workouts, nutrition entries, goals, preferences, and messages sent to Micro.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate your account, operate the product, save your records, personalize the experience, generate your Micro coaching context, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and improve beta reliability.
Service providers
MicroHax relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as hosting, authentication and database services, and AI processing. Information needed to provide those functions may be processed by those providers under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Your wellness data
MicroHax is a wellness and lifestyle product, not a medical provider. Only enter information you are comfortable using with the service. Do not use MicroHax as an emergency service or as a substitute for professional medical care.
Retention and account data
Information may remain in the service while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, security, backup, legal, or support purposes. Beta data-handling procedures may evolve as the product matures.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions or requests regarding your MicroHax account, use the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account-data request.
